Our process at Vitality CPA speaks volumes about how we approach each client. First, we take time to get to know the client, their business, and what goals they want to achieve. We then tailor a solution to fit their needs and work to attain the goals described by our client. Throughout the year, we get to know them as people and partner with them as a key asset of their business. We summarize our process in the following way:
Client Engagement
Clients choose how often they want to meet with Vitality CPA. Most prefer a monthly meeting to make sure everything is on track. However, some have a more mature business and only need to meet quarterly. Either way, Vitality CPA’s goal is to provide the level of service each client desires.
Billing
Another key differential between Vitality CPA and a traditional accounting firm is that we do NOT bill by the hour. The price for services is clearly defined on the proposal stating the amount billed monthly and an annualized figure so you can budget accordingly.
Discovery Meeting
You’ll notice within the first few minutes of the initial discovery meeting that Vitality CPA is not your typical CPA firm. We excel in providing our clients with a forward-looking perspective that seeks to limit tax liability while giving the peace of mind that the entire financial picture is sound and headed in the right direction.
